Returns
If you would like to return an item, it may be returned if the original packaging is intact, and within 30 days after the date of delivery. If you have opened the actual item, you will not be able to return it. Within the box with the returned item please include your proof of purchase form and your reason for returning the item. The return address can be found on the original packaging, or by looking under the “Contact Us” page on our website.
If you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us and we will facilitate an exchange.
Refund on Returns
Refunds are issued based on the form of payment made.
A check will be issued if payment was made by money order or check. If payment was made by credit card, credit will be issued to the credit card on record for that specific order.
